Made without using any liqueur d'expedition, it is a pure product, having been topped up, after disgorgement, only with the same cuvé and from which it is made, with only a small dosage of 3 grams/litre.

A high-end Franciacorta, highly refined, vertical, essential, dry. Ideal to meet fish crudites and shells (in perfect Champenoise style), it can also be enjoyed at the entrance of lunch or dinner to invite food. Vintage each year, it will always be in a limited edition.

The Cenci vineyards rise at the foot of Monte Orfano in Cologne, in the southernmost part of Franciacorta.

The secret of their wines? Monte Orfano, its "terroir" and its climate that, together with Pinot Blanc, are the essential elements at the base of Franciacorta.

The minerality of Monte Orfano and the sunny, windy and dry climate allow the grapes of the Cenci Vineyards, and in particular the Pinot Blanc, to express their best, guaranteeing the floral and fruity scents that make wines unique.

Mineral and mature wines, with a persistent taste and fresh and fruity aromas.
