This great wine is born in the Cru Les Montes Damnes, a 60-year-old vineyard based on clay-rich soils. In the vineyard the philosophy is a natural one and the vinifications are traditional: after the manual harvest, the grapes are squeezed thanks to an old press followed by fermentation in steel with the use of indigenous yeasts and the aging in barrels very old wood of over 60 years. No clarification and filtration is provided.

Three Senses

Straw yellow, almost golden, reveals nose aromas of almond, spring flowers, herbs and a smoky finish. The palate is complex, intense and persistent, with hints of pear flesh and ripe fruit.
