The 2012 vintage leaves its mark in the history of Dom Pérignon for its ease and generosity. In contrast to the previous year, the growth of the vine was regular and progressed without incident, while the clusters were of a significant number and size. While the weather has remained moderate for some time with the month of August particularly fresh - the harvest was defined by the dry heat of the last weeks before the harvest. The harvest began on September 24th with the grapes showing excellent ripeness and health.
