Wine produced with Montepulciano grapes coming from a vineyard facing South-South West, at an altitude of about 200 m.s.l.m. in the village of Varano.
FEATURES:
Intense red color, with aromas of ripe red fruit and spicy notes, the taste is full-bodied, soft, velvety. Matured 12/15 months in large oak barrels.
COMBINATIONS:
Indicated to accompany red meats, grilled meat, game, aged cheeses and cured meats.
TASTING:
It is advisable to open the bottle, to oxygenate, at least 1 hour before and serve at a temperature of 18/20 ° C.
