From a vineyard planted in the Montecarotto area, planted on a medium-textured soil with the presence of clay bangs. Podium is made from 100% Verdicchio grapes that are harvested with careful selection and then subjected to a soft crushing. Fermentation is conducted at low temperature and the subsequent 15-month aging is conducted in steel tanks. 

It pairs perfectly with even important fish dishes as well as with poultry preparations with herbs.

Consumption 6 years and for particular vintages even 10 if well stored.

Three Senses
A wine with great structure, elegance, rich aromas and remarkable longevity. These characteristics derive to it from a very low yield per hectare, delayed harvesting of selected grapes and maturation of at least one year before bottling. Intense bouquet, ripe yellow fruit is accompanied by elegant hints of citrus combined with notes of honey that together give great complexity and persistence. Persuasive flavor, soft but with great character and power, with a very prolonged savoriness, warm and elegant.

"We have been practicing the art of being together for five generations". This is how the Garofoli company presents itself, starting the production and sale of local wines with Antonio Garofoli in 1871. The production rests on a total of about 50 hectares of property, in the municipalities of Montecarotto, Anoca and Castelfidardo, where the cellar is also located main, dedicated to reds, special vinifications, refinements and aging. The Verdicchio grapes are instead processed in the Serra de 'Conti cellar, an area suitable for Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi. Garofoli is an established and appreciated reality both locally and worldwide. Of the approximately 1.6 million bottles produced annually, 60% go beyond national borders to reach aficionados from all over the world.
