The original area of ​​this owned vineyard is in the Montecarotto area, on a medium-textured soil, full of sand.
The grapes are harvested fully matured with careful selection; soft pressing of the internal bunches, cold cold cleaning and low temperature fermentation.
Aging 18 months in stainless steel tanks at 14 ° C and aging in bottle for a minimum of 6 months in a temperature-controlled room. Released a few years ago, this selection is striking from the first taste. A great white matured in steel, elegant and complex together, perfectly enjoyable. Rich, full, but also savory, dynamic and of great length, today it is among the best Italian white wines. consumption
