Peter Jakob Kühn's company is one of the most innovative in Germany. He was the first to try to vinify the Riesling in amphora. The 15 hectares of vineyards are almost all located around the estate in which the family lives, and include historic vineyards in Rheingau, such as Oestricher Lenchen, Doosberg and Mittelheimer St. Nikolaus. All the activities in the vineyard and in the cellar are aimed at taking and using only what nature is willing to give. This strong inclination to "naturalness" was confirmed in 2004 by the certification of biodynamic agriculture.

Three Senses

Straw yellow in color, the nose is very complex and deep, with notes of exotic caramelized and dried fruits, honey, and pleasant mineral aromas. The palate is full-bodied and richly extracted, and the sweetness and minerality are always supported by considerable acidity.
