Tre Ripe comes from a careful selection of grapes from vineyards nestled in the Castelli di Jesi region of Marche. A wine that carries with it the characteristics of three different places: Maiolati Spontini, Montecarotto and Follonica. The Pievalta estate, on the other hand, is located in Monteschiavo in Maiolati Spontini. This wine comes from only Verdicchio grapes in calcareous clay soils, the expression of vineyards cultivated according to the biodynamic method. Vinification is by direct pressing, indigenous yeasts and fermentation in stainless steel. Maturation in cement for a total of 10 months.
This wine is suitable for casual pizza, first courses, fish and shellfish, and of course great as an aperitif.
Green and tight, it stings with notes of sage and hawthorn. The citrus part is evident, which also reappears in the mouth, leaving a palate in need of structure, but fulfilled by acidity.
Pievalta
The wine company Pievalta was born from an investment made in 2002 by the will of Silvano Brescianini, owner of Franciacorta of Barone Pizzini. The estate is located in Maiolati Spontini, but its vineyards are distinct in the vineyards of the left bank, those of Moie di Maiolati Spontini and those of the right bank, the vineyard of San Paolo of Jesi in the Follonica district for a total of 26 hectares. Silvano's great insight was that he was entrusted with the project from Alessandro Fenino, who together with his wife Silvia laid the foundations for one of the most interesting realities of the Marche Region. When Alessandro arrives in the farm, he works with the wines in organic certification, but his goal was reached him from 2005, certifying the company in Biodynamic agriculture. The wines, following the path of Alexander, are a reference for varietal clarity and expressiveness. And as Alexander stands out for so much substance and no extremism.
