The Sauvignon di Ronco dei Tassi comes from a 20-year-old vineyard of approximately 2.5 hectares recorded by Volparia. After the harvest, the must decanted 12-14 degrees to then partially carry out the malolactic fermentation and refine in steel tanks and partially in small oak barrels until bottling.
