This unedited and almost unique version of Verdicchio starts from the over-ripening of the grapes located in the district of Nidastore. The Late But Not Late Mature for about 28 months in steel, using this time to stabilize and embellish the range of aromas.
Vineyard: in the district of Nidastore. An excellent dish to go with cheese but also white meat or to be kept in the cellar for another 10 years.

Three Senses
Verdicchio Tardivo Ma Non Tardo has an intense yellow color with golden reflections. It immediately exudes intense aromas of tropical fruit with spicy and vegetal variations. In the mouth the wine is rich and long with hints of tropical fruit and delicious slightly bitter finish that invites drinking. Serve it at 12 / 14 degrees.
