Peruzzi is a Traditional Classic Method Sparkling wine obtained with hand harvested organic Verdicchio grapes coming from 35 years old vineyards located in Monte Roberto, near Jesi in "Marche" region by natural processes: the changing of the seasons and the sun. The small production is due to achieve the high quality of this sparkling wine. The Verdicchio grapes are selected with very much attention during the harvest, pressed the very same day and passed throught a cooling system. Dosage zero, any sugar or nothing else is added after fermentation. It mature 40 months on his lees in bottles. The perfect Sparkling wine for aperitive or to be part of the full meal. Excellent partener with fried food.

Three Senses
The flavor of Spumante Verdicchio is dry, harmonious, with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste; the odor is delicate and characteristic with a pleasant hint of bitter almond. The color is pale straw yellow, greenish against the light.
