This renowned red Veneto is born in vineyards located in the municipality of Negar, in the magical terroir of Valpolicella. It is produced at 40% with Cabernet Franc grapes, 40% with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and 20% with Merlot grapes, harvested between the end of August and the beginning of September. After crushing, the grapes ferment in contact with the native yeasts for about 50 days. Subsequently the wine ages for 30 months in barriques and for another 30 months in oak barrels, before being bottled.

Three Senses
Characterized by a deep red color, the nose opens with an intense bouquet, with pleasant hints of ripe fruits. On the palate it is powerful, pleasantly structured and with a fruity aftertaste.

In the '80s, then, comes the epoch of the boom of the cellar of Giuseppe Quintarelli: new ones are made choices regarding the cultivated varieties by inserting the Cabernet, Nebbiolo and Croatina grapes, and expanded again the vineyards park.
