To those few who still show skepticism about the potential of organic wine, we recommend trying those produced by Aurora, a company that has made the biological regime not just a philosophy (work and life) but a sort of banner. Aurora was born from the idea of five friends, all direct growers, with so many common beliefs, but above all with a dream in the drawer: the safeguard of the environment and respect for the health of consumers. The fact that these assumptions have resulted in a high, even very high, quality of products seems to us to be the natural evolution of a simple and spontaneous path. Vinification and subsequent one-year stand in barriques. For quality and texture is a very versatile table wine, suitable for accompanying fish processing, white meat or vegetarian;it Is perfect on a tinned bacon fillet with a pesto of aromatic herbs.
Delicate and introverted nose, typical of the grape variety.
Aurora
At the end of the 1970s, a group of friends wanted to give life to a common dream: to make from the 'land' their future. Aurora was born, a choice of life and work, together with quality and consistency under the banner of respect for nature. Aurora firmly believes in biodynamic farming and in natural products since his birth, when organic farming did not yet have a name. The foundation has always been working the land without dirtying it, integrating with wild plants by observing the soil as nature and time have shaped it. The result is healthy food that is good for health. Deep respect for nature is not only an ethical choice, because in the end results are very positive and the products are excellent and genuine. The road is already established and it is that of sustainable quality. Today Aurora has 32 hectares of land, 10 of which are vines. The rest is arable land, olive groves, fruit trees, woodland and the characteristic 'calanchi'. Production is focused above all on wine, realized by taking care of the elements that make it up: the earth, the vineyard, the moon and the sun, the wind and the rain, the work of man.
