At Jamet's home the Cote Rotie is processed in a completely traditional way: partial destemming, vinification and aging in barriques, bottling and resting in the bottle for about a year. No particularity other than an expressive search for a unique territory.
Compact ruby red color, the nose expresses spicy and fruity aromas. Notes of tobacco and olive blend together. The palate is vibrant and of good structure, rich and complex and the finish is epic and endless in its verticality. Wine that holds a huge aging potential.
