Three Senses
Botanicals come mainly from the estate's soils, such as quince, lavender and thyme. Aside from the fundamental juniper, blackthorn, rosehip, angelica, hop flowers and rose play an important role, excellently balanced. The addition of more exotic botanicals such as almond shell, coriander and ginger give roundness to the drink.
