From calcareous clay soils at 320m asl, with south-south / west exposure, in the municipality of Serralunga d'Alba. The 100% Nebbiolo vineyards were encased in the years 1959 and 1995. The winemaking of the Barolo Serralunga requires about 12/15 days of fermentation at controlled temperatures, in horizontal fermentation tanks, and an aging of 24 months in 25 hl wood barrels.
