Odilio Antoniotti is one of the few to still bottle the Bramaterra Doc. Bramaterra Doc provides Nebbiolo from 50% to 70%, Croatina from 20% to 30% and Vespolina from 10% to 20%, plus others with red grapes. The production area includes the lands of 6 municipalities including Sostegno, with a maximum yield of no more than 75 q / ha. Antoniotti produces three labels from his five hectares of vineyards: the Bramaterra, produced in the cru in the Martinazzi area, the Coste della Sesia and the Pramartel from the vineyards of Pramartello. In the cellar, part of the barrels used for aging are still built with oaks felled in the owned wood.

Three Senses

Ruby red color on the nose offers floral aromas and hints of small berries, pepper, tobacco and cinnamon. The palate reveals good tannin, acidity with notes of rose, raspberry and currant, licorice and herbs
