Kupra Oasi Degli Angeli 2019
Kupra wine is the extract of 1.5 hectares of old vineyard overlooking the sea at an altitude of 400 meters, more or less 6,000 plants that are very old. The fermentation lasts 20 days in raw cement egg, the same material used by the old farmers, then stops 12 months in a first barrique, the other 18 in a second barrique. The first year put on the market is 2006, but the first trials date back to 2000. In 2007 it did not come out because there was too little.
