Pure Pinot Noir for a Crémant that has character to sell. Average age of the vines of 30 years, on clay-limestone soils in the area of Molesme, 3 km south from the Chamapgne border. Aged 24 months on the lees.
Complex and intense, it rotates on the scents of small red fruits. The creamy amplitude of the bubble fades into notes of biscuits.

Bruno Dangin is a oenologist formed in the Champagne area, with the experience of many generations of Aube winegrowers. After 40 years of service in the cellar of Paul Dangin, Champagne producer, the idea that led him to found a new Maison is the one to found a new environmentally-friendly company.
He Bought some land in Borgona, in the Cote d'Or, characterized by a mix of clay and limestone that remind the Champagne soils. We are in the AOC of Cremant de Bourgogne, with wines of complex architecture that reflect the land. Fragrance and depth of flavors amalgamated with a pleasant creaminess on the palate.
