The Mara estate is located on the hill of the Municipality of San Clemente in the province of Rimini and was marked by Biodynamics. The only wine produced is the MAramia, red from Sangiovese grapes in purity. The grapes are poured into oak vats, where fermentation starts without selected yeasts and where the wine remains in maceration on the skins for about a month. Aging takes place in small tonneaux for 12 months.

Three Senses
The wine is bright ruby red in color. The nose hints of raspberry and black cherry with hints of vanilla, ginger root, a hint of star anise. In the mouth it is fragrant, delicate, slightly mentholated, vibrant. The sip is so satisfying, the empty glass begs for more wine.It pairs perfectly with lamb chops and also with chicken cacciatore
