Grapes for 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir cultivated with spurred cordon, from proprietary vineyards on moraine soil. Soft pressing and maceration on the skins before fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. It is then refined on the lees for at least 30 months.

Maria Luisa Santus and Gianfranco Pagano since 1995 have devoted full-time to the production of a Franciacorta that is an expression of that particular link between vine, climate and terroir. Both agronomists, have planted about 60,000 vines on 10 hectares of land and directly follow the cultivation in the vineyard. The delayed harvest manages to bring in the bottle a great minerality, complexity and structure, in addition to the innate pleasantness of the drink.
