Champagne Brut Reserve Blanc De Blancs Vazart Coquart
Vinified exclusively from 100% Chardonnay grapes, it is a Blanc de Blancs fruit of a cuvee of several years, of which 25% comes from a perpetual reserve started by Jacques Vazart in 1982.
Vazart Coquart
The Maison Vazart Coquart was born by Louis and Marie, and sees a remarkable development under the guidance of his son Jacques. Since 1995, the company has passed into the hands of Jean-Pierre Vazart, son of Jacques, who is therefore the third generation of vine-keepers in the vineyards in Chouilly, a Grand Cru of the Cote des Blancs.
For 95% planted in Chardonnay and the remaining Pinot Noir, each parcel is vinified separately to enhance its peculiarities. In 2012 the Maison Vazart Coquart is among the first French companies to obtain the "High Environmental Value Vineyard" certification from the Ministry of Agriculture for its commitment to the environment, as evidence of the constant research of biodiversity and respect for the planet.
