Az. Agr. Maria Luisa Santus - Via Badia, 68 - Cellatica BS
At the onion-skin-colored glass, it opens immediately on classic pinot noir notes. A dance of small red fruits, including blackberries black currants raspberries and strawberry. On the palate it impresses with complexity, structure and a savory finish.
Santus
Maria Luisa Santus and Gianfranco Pagano since 1995 have devoted full-time to the production of a Franciacorta that is an expression of that particular link between vine, climate and terroir. Both agronomists, have planted about 60,000 vines on 10 hectares of land and directly follow the cultivation in the vineyard. The delayed harvest manages to bring in the bottle a great minerality, complexity and structure, in addition to the innate pleasantness of the drink.
