The vineyards of Verdicchio "Vigneto di Tobia" are grown in the district of San Pietro a Montecarotto on calcareous clay soils and have an average age of 22 years. The Vineyard joins the famous "Campo delle Oche" vineyard of Fattoria San Lorenzo. "The harvest of the grapes, strictly manual in small boxes, is carried out around the middle of September For the first time the superior Verdicchio" Vigneto di Tobia "comes fermented with indigenous yeasts through pied de cuve, ferment and refine in steel remaining on its fine lees, a Verdicchio with few compromises and Terroir!

Three Senses
Vigneto di Tobia is a Verdicchio of great character that expresses its Terroir to the fullest. Fresh, mineral and broad on the palate, it is certainly the perfect match with fish dishes while also tackling both white and red meats very gallantly. In this vintage the wine is oriented on sharp notes of lemongrass and maintains a plumpness with which it shows the muscle to be able to refine over the long term. Vibrant in the mouth it has firm tone in the finish while maintaining an uncommon density.

Col di Corte

The Col di Corte cellar is extended over 12 ha of land in the city of Montecarotto, in the heart of the verdicchio of the Castelli di Jesi denomination. The project was born recently, by the passion of three friends, who takes over vineyards and winery of a company already named Laurentina. At the head of the group there is Giacomo Rossi, At the head of the group there is Giacomo Rossi, a dynamic character in the cinema world, with a look at viticulture (his production of Jonathan Nossiter's Natural Resistance film).

Giacomo, along with the others, has a clear idea of how to set the job: conversion to organic from 2015, first biodynamic treatments in 2016, spontaneous fermentation on all vintage wines from 2016, divided vinification to highlight the whole verdicchio territory. Overall Col di Corte manages 6 hectares in Verdicchio, 2 of Lacrima, 2 of Montepulciano, 2 of Sangiovese for a total production of about 40,000 bottles.
