The great and lamented Maestro del Veneto, Giuseppe Quintarelli, succeeded in establishing his mythical and legendary legacy during an extraordinary career of sixty years. All the tradition, love, heart and soul of work make one of the best wines in the world on the Veronese hills. The wife of Giuseppe Franca, his daughter Fiorenza, his son Giampaolo, and his nephews Francesco and Lorenzo are all in the company. It is impossible to talk about Quintarelli, without superlatives. The name itself means a lot: the family, the wines, a style, a tradition, a way of doing things. After all the time, the effort, the patience, and the care that goes into making a bottle of Quintarelli, means much more than wine. Giuseppe, affectionately known as "Bepi" to those closest to him, was a perfectionist in every way. From the beautiful hand-written labels, the best quality cork, to the exquisite wine in the bottles, the name of Quintarelli is a stamp of authenticity and the final indication of a hand-crafted wine, the wine without compromise of the highest quality. Nothing is ever rushed to Quintarelli. Wines take their time and are given the time they need. In the still, calm stillness of the family cellars above the town of Negrar, along the winding Via del Cerè, deep in the Valpolicella, wine from the hilly vineyards is processed by the family with patience and grace in large barrels until it is ready. Each version is a masterpiece, a testament of time, tradition, skill and passion, the creations of a master craftsman. You can not really compare these wines to any other in the region, or anywhere else in the world. I'm really in a class and in a category of their own.

In the '50s Giuseppe Quintarelli began his experience and his activity as a winemaker, alongside his father Silvio and increasing production due to the large demand for wines. In the '80s, then, comes the epoch of the boom of the cellar of Giuseppe Quintarelli: new ones are made choices regarding the cultivated varieties by inserting the Cabernet, Nebbiolo and Croatina grapes, and expanded again the vineyards park.
