Trento DOC Dosaggio Zero Cantina D'Isera 2018
Trento DOC extra brut of Cantina d'Isera is a purely chardonnay that rests over 30 months on yeasts. The terroir of origin gives the classic mineral sensations, due to the gravely, calcareous, frankly sandy soil. The simple trentina pergola cultivation and guyot exposes the vineyards to the East, at a rate of 400-550m asl. Grapes harvested in the first decade of September are vinified in white at controlled temperature and refined in steel. After a static decantation, it passes to the draft and the long stop over the yeasts.
Wine for Trento DOC enthusiasts, with extreme cleansing, a captivating and enveloping sparkling. The nose has vegetable and spicy fragrances, delicately tasty and persistent. Great bubble finesse.
Cantina D'Isera
Cantina d'Isera was born in the named locality in 1907, under the Habsburg Empire. Since then, the cellar picked up the most valuable grapes of the ballast hills in the area. Famous at the time for the Marzemino grapes, the range was expanded to win several awards in the most diverse labels. To date, over 150 licensed partners produce about 20,000 quintals of grapes every year, from about 200 hectares of land. Moving from the awareness that 'good wine is born in the countryside', all steps are followed and monitored, from the choices of new plants to cellar operations, combining modern techniques with the spirit of ancient traditions.
