Only the very high quality harvests at Bollinger have the chance to became a Grande Annee, as this 2007 vintage. 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay from the 14 crus: most from Aÿ and Verzenay for the Pinot and Cramant and Oger for the Chardonnay. 91% of Grand Crus and 1% Premier Crus where used for the cuvee, all fermented in barrels. The very early harvest gives the 2007 vintage freshness and an exceptional elegance. Dosage: low 7 grams/liter
Three Senses
