This wine is born from the Verdicchio grape processing with Biological certification. The fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts and the must remains macerated with the skins for a week. After fermentation the wine remains in contact with its lees until bottling.

The Santa Barbara farm is captained by that unforgettable character of Stefano Antonucci who today makes use of the collaboration in the cellar of Daniele Rotatori and his brother Roberto who instead deals with sales. Stefano Antonucci immediately started the process of valorising the native vines of the Marche region and managed to export the products of his land all over the world and throughout Italy, customizing every single wine according to his style. Today the Santa Barbara Company's syths are on the agenda and we try to cover all the roads, from those of the daily wines, to a very thick and little quantity eitchette, to the wines without sulphurous addition. A dynamism that pushes and projects not only the company's products but also the Marche.
