Odilio Antoniotti is one of the few to bottle the Doc Bramaterra again. The Bramaterra Doc includes Nebbiolo from 50% to 70%, Croatina from 20% to 30% and Vespolina from 10% to 20%, plus others with red berries. The production area includes the land of 6 municipalities including Sostegno, with a maximum yield of no more than 75 q / ha. Antoniotti produces three labels from its five hectares of vineyards: the Bramaterra, produced in the cru in the Martinazzi area, the Coste della Sesia and the Pramartel from the vineyards of Pramartello. In the cellar part of the barrels used for aging are still built with oaks knocked down in the wood of property.

Three Senses

Ruby red in colour, it offers on the nose floral scents of violet and withered rose, strawberry with delicate aromas of small red fruits. The palate shows good freshness, not excessive tannin and good minerality.
