Biancu Ghjentile is a wine composed of Bianco Gentile grapes. The vineyard grows on a clayey-calcareous soil with exposure to the East. The steeply sloping vineyard was planted in 1996. The Patrimonio production area is located near Bastia, in the north of Corsica, and is recognized as one of the most interesting wine areas in the region.

The wine is processed with indigenous yeasts and pressed directly, without controlled temperature. Fermentation takes place in tanks within 3/5 months. The refinement then continues in steel containers for 50% and the other 50% in demi-muids

Three Senses
Lively straw yellow. On the nose prickly pears and yellow fruit. Explodes in the mouth with flavours of pineapple, mango and fruit in syrup. Peaceful soul with a superior cleanliness and elegance that make it harmonious, balanced and intriguing.
