100% Nebbiolo grapes hand-picked in Castiglione Falletto, Barolo's premier cru. The Villero vineyard has clay, limestone and compact soil with a southwest exposure.

These factors combined with the winery's expert hand make a wine of austere elegance, very authentic and with very fine tannins.

24 months in medium-sized French oak barrels without filtration make up the final work.

Three Senses

A full-bodied wine from one of the most historic vineyards in the Barolo district. The colour is intense ruby red with orange reflections. The nose is elegant, intense, pleasant with notes of minerals, tobacco, liquorice, leather.well balanced wine with great structure and persistence. Perfect with meat, but also as a meditation wine.

Brovia

The Brovia winery was founded in 1863 in Castiglione Falletto, Piedmont. A meticulous philosophy marked by respect for terroir, beyond fashions, gives the wines great personality. Elena and Cristina have, with seriousness, dedication, maximum commitment without ever getting too big for their boots, taken over the work of more than 60 vintages from their father Giacinto, who passed away in 2014.

Brovia's name evokes a very precise idea of what a great Barolo wants to be: gracefulness and elegance almost rarefied, to return with surgical constancy the moods of vineyards of superior stature such as Rocche, Villero and Garblet Sué in Castiglione Falletto, or Ca' Mia in Serralunga.

Vinification and aging take place without invasive technological interventions that would alter the natural expression of the harvested grapes.
