Vignagiulia, red wine is a result of a selection of Montepulciano grapes from the vineyard planted in 1998 on the southwest hillside on land composed of stones mixed with silt, sand and clay at an altitude of 150 meters above sea level.
Montepulciano is a late-ripening grape that needs ample exposure to the sun, loose soil and adraining slope. This is to aid the phenolic maturation of the fruit and its concentration.

You can see these aspects in the texture and crunchiness of the grape's skin, rich in polyphenols and tannins, as well as in the woodiness of mature fruit. The grapes are harvested by hand in small boxes during the last week of October.

A fermentation process of around 20 days is followed by maceration of the skins for 10 days. After the first racking, the wine remains on the lees for two more months before going into wood barrels.

The maturation in French oak barrels, either new or used only for the second time, lasts at
least 18 months. After bottling, the wine rests for another year in the bottle. This wine stands out for its elegance, structure and great vocation to aging.

Impenetrable ruby red with hints of purple, it sticks to the glass, releasing a thick coat of arches. Intense and complex with hints of ripe fruit and the scent of cherries. Pleasantly spiced with balsamic hints in harmony with the delicate aromas of licorice typical of the Montepulciano varietal.

On the palate it is full of sensations, soft and silky in its tannins. A full and intense finish and maintained by its flavor and alcohol level.

Three Senses
Ruby with purple hues. It has marked balsamic notes on the nose. It has a medium grain in the upper part of the palate with a soft and elegant tannicity that gives it a long, harmonious and persistent overall shape.

Dianetti

dianetti vineyard

The Dianetti Farm was born from the union of "mom" Giuliana's valuable experience in viticulture and son Emanuele's passion for the world of wine. The company is located in Carassai, a village in the south of the Marche region in the heart of the Piceno area, in a splendid natural oasis on a hill in the southern side of the Val Menocchia.

This narrow valley links the Sibillini Mountains to the Adriatic Sea and is crossed by warm sea breezes by day and chilly winds at night, producing an optimal microclimate for the vines which facilitate the creation of aromas of the grapes.

The earth is a balanced mixture of silt, sand and clay, enriched by limestone and made permeable by gravel. Here, from the historical Montepulciano and Pecorino vines, originate wines with distinctive character and personality.

The vineyards stretch along the south and south-west sides of the hill at a height of 150-200 meters. Everything from pruning to harvesting the grapes is done by hand, following the principles of sustainable agriculture and organic farming.

For Emanuele, wine soul is given us by the vineyard, it simply is made of grapes, characterised by the fruit that originates it.

Through artisanal work Dianetti can seize the richness that the land gives us, all while respecting the time that the nature imposes.

Because wine is a game of senses, a strong emotion and above all..a memory.
