Vadiaperti vinifies its Greco in purity, from a vineyard in the locality of Marotta in Montefusco, at 600 meters above sea level. The harvest begins after a test in the vineyard on the degree of ripeness but generally in the second decade of October. The selected grapes are harvested by hand in 20kg perforated boxes so as not to break the skins during transport. The vinification starts within 3 hours from the harvest with a soft pressing that extracts the most elegant aromas.

Three Senses
There is a good note of yellow flesh on the nose, refreshed by pear and enhanced by spicy hazelnut. On the palate it is savoury, taut, vibrant with rural energy tempered by pleasant softness.

Vadiaperti

Vadiaperti is in the province of Avellino, in Montefredane. Antonio Troisi with his son Raffaele lead a company that does not let itself be fooled by the fashion of the moment, but produces authentic wines related to tradition. At the intersection of two large DOC camps, Fiano and Greco di Tufo, the company also produces the Coda di Volpe in purity, once relegated to the task of "cutting" the Greek of Tufo, now embellished by its DOC. After his father's premature death, Raffaele continued his activity in the vineyard and in the cellar with the same ideas of his family generations that preceded him. The vineyards profit from volcanic soils with tufacee characteristics, which reasoned agriculture can carry in the bottle. The vineyards of Fiano, Greco, Coda di volpe and Aglianico live at 400-600 m above sea level in an area with a great natural impact.
