One hectare and a half from east to ovset from the national 74 to the edge of the forest, thus benefiting from the different types of land that make up this prodigious climat. the oldest vines are almost centenarians now.
Almost total destemming, short cold pre-maceration, fermentation in steel for two or three weeks depending on the vintage, sometimes steel batonnage. Aging in pièces (228 lt), new at 60%, for about 18 months, few decantings, final blend in small cuves for two months pre-bottling

Rossignol Trapet

The Domaine Rossignol-Trapet was founded in 1989, when Jacques Rossignol interrupts the company with Louis Trapet and begins a new adventure with his children. Located in Gevrey-Chambertin, the Domaine has some of the most prestigious parcels: three Grand Cru (Chapelle-Chambertin, Latricières-Chambertin and the mythical Chambertin), premier cru such as Petite-Chapelle and Clos Prieur in Gevrey-Chambertin, Teurons in Beaune. The Domaine has always adopted a biological and then biodynamic approach: an imprint
traditional, these wines do not abandon themselves to fruit triumphs, but they tell stories of essential adherence to the terroir, stratifying however material for slow but long evolutions.
