Jean Marc Millot
Jean Marc Millot is 50 years old, but he has worked for over 20 years in the Domaine prorpio inherited from his mother. Jean Marc is an attentive and thoughtful winemaker, obsessed with clarity and precision. It is called Mr. Zero Extraction just because in winemaking adopts a delicate hand in search of the extreme terroir. Vinification is traditional with low yields, using a little rasp, with a macraction of 2 to 3 weeks. In this we identify the Millot style: light but wonderfully pure wines, with a great sense of flavor.
