Etna Bianco Pietrarizzo 2017 by Cantina Tornatore is one of the finest crus in the region. It is obtained mainly from Carricante grapes and Cataratto.

The grapes are harvested manually in small boxes and quickly brought to the cellar where they are manually selected on the belt. De-stemmed and pressed lightly they arrive in the press to be pressed in a softely. The must obtained is cold clarified and placed to ferment at a temperature of 15/16 °C in 50 hl oak barrels. After fermentation, the wine obtained stays on the lees for about five months.
