Bernard Baudry grew up professionally at the Tours laboratory after completing his oenology studies in Beaune. This training experience lasted 5 years allowed him to found his Domaine in 1975 with only two hectares. Since 2000 he has been joined by his son Matthieu, with whom he exchanges ideas, without abandoning tradition. The vineyards in which we do not enter weeds have been converted to organic farming in 2006. The property today has 32 hectares in the municipality of Cavant on stony-cobblestone soils in the plains, clays and limestone on the coasts until it reaches calcareous - sandy at the top. This extraction differentiation allows to work on parcellar vinifications.
