The Nosiola Fontanasanta by Elisabetta Foradori has broken the rhythms of Trentino and Nosiola producers, catapulting themselves as "ancestral" wine, re-proposed exactly as it was vinified in the past. The maceration on the skins is prolonged for 18 months then the wine is refined in terracotta amphorae for 15 months. La Nosiola is an ancient variety of Trentino, grown in a restricted area. It expands with great strength and vitality, always maintaining a fine profile and a great capacity for aging.

Three Senses
There are many winemakers who would like to offer such a pleasant wine. The exotic notes, associated with a bouquet of spices and aromatic herbs, show the world an absolute handiness, which manages to make the most of maceration on the skins without overpowering the grape variety. despite an incredible ease of drinking, it is the acidity and density of the wine that impresses in the mouth.

Agricola Foradori - Mezzolombardo

Agricola Foradori

Azienda Agricola Foradori is located in Mezzolombardo (Trento) in the heart of the Campo Rotaliano, surrounded by the Dolomites.

Today, the fourth generation of winegrowers continues to work constantly to grow vines that maintain their expressive spontaneity.

Founded in 1901, and managed by the Foradori family since 1939, the Foradori Winery has always worked to enhance the value of the ancient local Teroldego variety; an important impetus in this direction came in 2002 with the conversion of the winery to biodynamic farming methods.

Thanks to the work of Elisabetta Foradori and Rainer Zierock, through the cultivation and valorisation of the ancient vine genotypes, over the years the native Teroldego grape variety has been preserved and genetically regenerated.
Their children Emilio, Theo and Myrtha Zierock continue to work in this direction today.

In addition to wine, the Foradori farm is also concentrating its efforts on the cultivation of vegetables and the breeding of Grigio Alpina cattle for the production of raw milk cheeses.
All in order to constitute a complex and balanced agricultural organism.

‘As custodians of the land, we believe that our work is measured by time, by the rhythms of nature, by waiting for the plants to grow, to age, to bear fruit; for the wine to evolve slowly in the silence and darkness of the cellar’.
