Champagne Brut Zero Miniere F&R
Champagne Nature, without dosage, from a cuvee of 45% Pinot Meunier, 28% Pinot Noir and 27% Chardonnay. Vinified without malolactic fermentation to maintain the first impact freshness, 84 months on yeasts.
Nature. Toasted undergrowth and small yellow fruits. The freshness balanced by mineral salivation very well balances the generosity of the sip. The fresh citrus finish leaves the palate clean and ready to return to the glass.
Miniere F&R
After years of studies and experience in the field, the two brothers Miniere, Frederic and Rodolphe, decide to make wine directly from their Champagne. It is 2005. The lands are those that the grandfather and the parents cultivate since 1919 to sell the wines to the negociants. The magnificent hills of Hermonville, with the vineyards to the south-south east, present an ideal sun and the sandy and sandy-clayey soil forces the plants to sink the roots to extract water rich in minerals. Of the 8 hectares of vineyard, 2 are in Chardonnay, 1.5 in Pinot Noir and the rest in Pinot Meunier, with plants ranging from 15 to 65 years of age. All vinification in new or used barriques according to the plots, and a stop in the bottle for 5/6 years, 10 years for vintage wines. The two brothers choose respect for plants and biodiversity, using targeted and ecological interventions in the vineyard to best maintain the natural balance.
