Pinot Nero Dalzocchio 2019 Magnum
The Dalzocchio Agricultural Company is located in Trentino, in a particularly suggestive hillside position. The vines are from 10 to 31 years old and are conducted in harmony with nature as always and certified organic. The wine is made with spontaneous fermentation on the skins and stems in oak vats without the addition of yeasts and enzymes and without concentration interventions . The wine is aged in 228 liter oak barrels for 18 months in the cellars dating back to the end of the 18th century.
Dalzocchio
The Azienda Agricola Dalzocchio is located in Trentino, in a particularly impressive hilly position. Born in 1979, it is made up of two hectares of woodland and two of Pinot Nero's vineyards. Nestled in mountains, forests, oak trees and coniferous plants, it is immersed in a unique setting, and also thanks to the breeze that constantly flows from Lake Garda, it has a microclimate that suits the vineyards and the Pinot Nero in particular. The vineyards are from 10 to 31 years old and they are conducted in harmony with nature all the way long certified organic since 2001. The yields do not exceed 50 quintals / Hectare to ensure 'balance of the vine and' high quality. They choose the grapes only to have the best. The vinification takes place in opened oak barrels, fermentation is spontaneous, respecting the tradition. The wine is aged in 228-liter oak barrels for 18 months. The sulfur content is infinitesimal. In the wine cellar the modern style blends with the surrounding environment thanks to the use of local wood and stone, while the maturation of the wines takes place in the tranquility of the old rural farm
