Martin Worner gives us a white wine assembled from 7 different varieties from old vines: Würzer, Faber, Bacchus, Müllerthurgau, Scheurebe, Riesling, Silvaner.
The plants are grown according to organic agriculture, on arenaceous soils, in just 3 hectares. Whole cluster fermentation and aging in large old wooden barrels. Too bad for the very limited production because its wines are a real delight.
