This Marsannay was born from the most famous climat of the Clos du Roy municipality. Located north of the appellation, at the gates of Dijon, it stands on a disaggregated limestone clay territory, with vines between 15 and 60 years old. The vinification is in whole bunches in steel and fiberglass containers. Aging for a minimum of two years in old wood, light filtration before bottling.

Three Senses
The Marsannay Clos du Roy has a deep, complex nose on ripe, red fruit notes. There is a certain tannic rigidity on the palate, able to stand the test of time. THE volume of the wine completes the rest. With this gem, Sylvain Pataille's wines have passed a milestone.
