Bellenda
Bellenda has been producing Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore for over thirty years, with the desire to fully express the potential of the territory and the countless nuances of the grapes.
Right from the start they believed in the classic method for producing Prosecco, being the first to recover a method that was widespread in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene area until 1930 and then forgotten.
Today they proudly develop their business through different methods of vinification and sparkling of the Glera grape, to discover that Prosecco can go beyond traditional interpretations.
"This is what we do, day in and day out: we devote ourselves scrupulously to the care and management of our vineyards in our hills. Day after day: we do not use herbicides; we till the soil and mow the grass; we recover pruning residues and reuse them for energy purposes; we maintain large areas of woodland to protect biodiversity; we use bottles from recycled glass and packaging materials from renewable sources; we progressively replace conventional roofs with green roofs to slow down rainwater runoff; we favour the use of heat pumps and natural gas for space heating; we use solar panels for the electricity we need.
