The processing method of Rosamara Valtenesi Chiaretto is represented by "teardrop" vinification, that is, the use of pure flower through static draining before fermentation, thus obtaining a must that can be considered the heart of the grape. 50% of the must ferments and evolves in small 228lt oak barrels for about 6 months.

A very light color of flowery rose, almost pearl characteristic of a very soft and delicate vinification as a prelude to an inviting, spicy, subtle nose in the most vertical elegance. Fruity notes of peach and small red fruits, light of hawthorn flowers, black cherry and pomegranate.
A harmonious, wide palate, full of excellent persistence and flavor. Very light bitter almond finish.
