Although Gianluca Bergianti has his vineyards in the homeland of Sorbara lambrusco and elaborates a splendid version, in 2010 he planted, on silty and sandy soils, also Lambrusco Salamino di Santa Corce vineyards, with which he elaborates this splendid Sparkling Rosé. Perfranco is a full-fledged Lambrusco rose ', first fermented in cement tanks and then fermented in the bottle with the addition of must from the same wine. It does not undergo disgorgement and this is why it is attached to the crown.

Three Senses
Perfranco is one of the finest expressions of Lambrusco today. A straightforward, very savory wine with continuous hints of fruit in its acidic version. A wine technically produced by ancestral methods with an exceptional profile.

Gianluca Bergianti is a young winemaker, hungry for wine and thirsty for knowledge. In 2008, together with his wife Simona, he founded the Terrevive farm in the hamlet of Gargallo di Carpi, in the province of Modena. He has a clear vision and follows the principles of biodynamics without treating them as dogma. His main goal is the quality of the grapes he brings to the cellar. He judges his own wines and explores those of others. His work is driven by great enthusiasm, and his winery reflects both rationality and aesthetic taste. The wines are an expression of agricultural complexity; they are not the mere result of agronomic or oenological techniques, but the fruit of a living system that enhances their depth and diversity. Lambrusco can only be seen as the ideal companion for traditional Emilian cuisine.
