Lambrusco dell'Emilia i.g.p. obtained from Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes. Marco Lanzotti brings his Sorbara to life with the use of frozen must from the year before, which is added to the already finished mass of fermenting in the following spring.

The healthy and ripe fruits generate a dry, graceful and lively taste.

Born in Vaciglio di Modena, in its union of soil, vine, microclimate, man and history at 34m a.s.l., on medium-textured soil, oriented to the south, south / east on espalier breeding. The yield is very low: 70 q / Ha

The healthy and ripe grapes are hand-picked in boxes, followed by destemming, crushing and 5 days of maceration on the skins.
Decanting is natural and the decanting follows the lunar pattern.

In February, the sweet, of the same wine, previously stored at the right temperature, is added. The refermentation is displaced in the bottle.

Three Senses
Spoma is rounder than a sorbara classcio, it may be because of the strong presence of clay in the Modena area. It is reminiscent of the healthy and ripe fruit that spawned it, giving it a dry, graceful and lively taste. it is recommended to drink it with nice people or with yourself, in a nice atmosphere and listening to good music, at dawn or at dusk, at the sea and in the mountains, but above all in large quantities, not tasting it but enjoying it. HEALTHY.

Angol D'Amig

Angol D'Amig

Marco Lanzotti has a passion for wine, in particular for the natural one, since ever, from the times when he dedicated himself to the restaurant room. Then, a brilliant intuition let him to leave his work and devotes himself to the creation of his own wine. Obviously among the two working experiences, a lot of tastings and journeys in cellars, have been for him the lifeblood and important lever not to let him hesitate a moment to the idea of his great choice.

From the restaurant to the countryside.

We are in Castelvetro di Modena, on the organic farm San Polo. Here he rent a piece of vineyard that cares like a little treasure, a friendly corner, Angol d'Amig properly. The vinification takes place in earthenware jars, and all the rest, will'll be the wine in your glass to tell you more about his history...
