A challenge in search of perfection that required the assembly of a team. The idea of uniting four giants of the sector under a common aim: a cook, a sommelier, a mixologist, and a perfumer maitre. Capable together to make an excellent gastronomic gin. These are the foundations that started the GinRaw project.
Gin Raw is the result of a blend. Because every botany used has its own time and loves to be treated with particular precautions. Juniper is the base, carefully selected and distilled in copper stills. Then the botanicals, distilled separately at unique times and temperatures to enhance their individual features. They are Mediterranean, like lemon, cedar and bay leaves, together with the exotic touch of kaffir leaves, cardamom and coriander seeds.
The nose is seductive with an excellent and balanced olfactory dance. On the palate it is capable of satisfying the most discerning gastronomic palate with its clean botanicals that play on cleanliness and definition in a surprisingly harmonious way.
