Quintarelli dry white wine comes from a blend of Garganega, Sauvignon, Trebbiano and Chardonnay. The skilled hands that work all the red berried grapes and transform them into the pearls that everyone knows, try their hand with great dexterity and elegance even on white. The woods are not used for this vinification but only steel and glass, with a stop on the fine lees to give complexity and roundness.
Historical company of Valpolicella based on Monte Paletta in Cerè, part of the East side of the Negrar valley.
