The Bianchetto Lammidia is the label that, since the cellar's origins, has been elaborated at Villa Celiera, a mountain place where Marco and Davide find refuge for their souls.
A frank Trebbiano, capable of kidnapping you and leaving you a void when it ends.
This is the year of aging in stainless steel, with a few hours of maceration on the skins. Bianchetto has been made in amphora, in cement, in stainless steel with or without maceration, with more or less filtration...but it is still for us the representative wine of Lammidia winery.
Lammidia
Lammidia is a project of Marco and David. A desire transformed into a project, the desire to say that it is possible to make wine without sulphites and without added yeast. The story of Lammidia born from afar, because the two vintners knew each other since the time of kindergarden. It is fortified when they come back to Pescara after many experiences and drinks together, many wines of all kinds. It is realized when they find the right place in Villa Celiera , forgotten by men, where to experience their ideas. They start to buy grapews here and there to start their first vinification. First wines comes out. But without a vineyard can you call them vintners? And the terroir? We feel we have to say that there is talent and a great love for the land .... now Lammidia has its land and soon its vines ... what will be in 10 years I can only imagine it but I already like it as thought.
