Three Senses
On the nose, the medicinal notes of iodine are more than ever: bold, rustic, tarry, earthy. There is a slightly acidic note of balsamic vinegar, a touch of balsamic and old oak. The palate is powerful and stormy: an explosion of black pepper, peat, licorice root and pine bonfire. The tannins work together with the peat to best enhance the smokiness
